Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic work using clearly prescribed procedures.
  • •Respond to customer service requests, including connections and disconnections, as operator qualified.
  • •Informs customers of needed repairs and answers basic questions to ensure satisfaction with completed work.

  • •Ability to meet physical and work-condition demands, including lifting up to 45 lbs/53 lbs and performing outdoor work and confined-space/ladder/roof/attic tasks.
