Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all four shipping shifts, including Box and Supply Room operations, plus the Production Planner function to ensure efficient coordination, staffing, and execution.
  • •Assist with expense control and ensure compliance and coordination of federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
  • •Interpret and enforce company policies; maintain the non-union program and ensure prescribed records and reports reflect conditions accurately.
  • •Inspect and maintain competence in housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety; ensure safety, quality, yields, and labor standards are met.
  • •Manage, evaluate, and train production supervisors, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and resolving issues.
