Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate lift trucks and hand trucks to convey, move, or hoist materials safely and on time.
  • •Receive goods and supplies, inspecting both trucks and materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety.
  • •Process BOLs and POs, and ensure FIFO protocols are followed.
  • •Stock production materials daily, and shrink-wrap pallets (manually or with automation) for shipment.
  • •Prepare completed products for transport and report defective materials, questionable conditions, and food-safety/quality problems to supervisors or authorized personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed forklift truck operator (preferably Crown or Raymond stand-up lift).
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
  • •Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
  • •Able to work standing/walking/stooping/reaching for 10 to 12 hours and work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees.
  • •Basic computer skills preferred.
