Job Summary

Perform financial-based analysis and underwriting of complex loans and borrower relationships to assess credit risk and monitor performance. Generate and review financial spreads in nCino, build cash flow and real estate project analysis spreadsheets, and draft credit memos and annual reviews. Lead loan committee engagement when directed, mentor Analysts I/II, and supervise a small team while ensuring accurate, timely work product and compliance training (BSA/AML).

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and review financial spreads using nCino to identify trends from financial statements.
•Create spreadsheets to quantify borrower personal, global, and real estate cash flows and project analysis.
•Prepare credit memos and annual reviews according to department procedures.
•Attend loan committee meetings when directed and provide oversight to ensure accurate, timely analysis.
•Supervise and mentor Analysts I/II and provide back-up support to regional leadership as needed.

Key Requirements

•Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 years of related experience and/or training, and 4 years of related management experience (or equivalent combination).
•Broad knowledge of accounting, business administration, and finance to support credit underwriting and analysis.
•Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and regulatory agencies.
•Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills to analyze financial reports, draw valid conclusions, and interpret complex instructions.
•Proficient software skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, plus advanced skills such as 10-key, accounting, and spreadsheet work.
