Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and review financial spreads using nCino to identify trends from financial statements.
  • •Create spreadsheets to quantify borrower personal, global, and real estate cash flows and project analysis.
  • •Prepare credit memos and annual reviews according to department procedures.
  • •Attend loan committee meetings when directed and provide oversight to ensure accurate, timely analysis.
  • •Supervise and mentor Analysts I/II and provide back-up support to regional leadership as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 years of related experience and/or training, and 4 years of related management experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •Broad knowledge of accounting, business administration, and finance to support credit underwriting and analysis.
  • •Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and regulatory agencies.
  • •Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills to analyze financial reports, draw valid conclusions, and interpret complex instructions.
  • •Proficient software skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, plus advanced skills such as 10-key, accounting, and spreadsheet work.
