Job Summary

Serve as an Architectural Inspector on a major data centre project east of Riyadh, ensuring architectural works are built to approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. Inspect finishes, partitions, doors, and façade elements; verify compliance; coordinate with site contractors and consultants; review method statements, ITPs, and material submittals; and document non-conformances and corrective actions with clear inspection reporting and records.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and monitor architectural works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements.
•Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site.
•Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
•Identify non-conformances, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and prepare inspection reports while maintaining accurate site records (including QA and health & safety support).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector on large-scale construction projects.
•Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (mandatory).
•Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects (highly preferred).
•Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction standards, and inspection procedures.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment; good communication and reporting skills.
