Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, IT Consultant, or Requirements Engineer, ideally in financial services, banking, insurance, or an enterprise environment.
  • •Strong understanding of system landscapes, application architectures, data flows, master data, CRM processes, data quality, governance, and process optimization.
  • •Ability to structure complex business and technical topics and turn them into clear, practical solutions.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills across Business, IT, Data, CRM, Architecture, and project teams.
  • •Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2+).
