Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support JFrog Artifactory, including repositories, permissions, storage, upgrades, retention, and integrations.
  • •Operate and troubleshoot Artifactory and related services running on Kubernetes.
  • •Provide Level 3 support for enterprise developer applications across cloud and data center environments.
  • •Develop scripts and automated workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and self-service.
  • •Monitor platform health/capacity/performance, troubleshoot incidents with root-cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotation with occasional evenings/weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise application support.
  • •Hands-on experience administering JFrog Artifactory (or a comparable enterprise artifact/package management platform).
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting production applications on Kubernetes.
  • •3–5+ years of experience working with Linux systems.
  • •Experience scripting/automation (Python, Bash or similar) and working with REST APIs, Git, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices.
