Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the crafting and driving of high-quality SW delivery in an efficient way.
  • •Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Marketing to meet release schedules with quality.
  • •Take full ownership of FW, SDK, and DPU products from kickoff through signoff.
  • •Track release progress using planning and tracking systems and build release indicators.
  • •Partner with QA teams to align testing across development, verification, and QA groups, run release meetings, communicate status, and resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate globally to drive process changes that improve development and release workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or industrial Engineering.
  • •Proven release management or SW project leadership experience with 5+ years of overall experience.
  • •Ability to multitask and work independently in an organized manner.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • •Experience leading global projects and communicating effectively, including public speaking and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with Agile development practices and familiarity with networking and cloud technologies.
  • •Knowledge of Linux and GitHub is beneficial.
