Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate perforation equipment and inspect finished product quality before operations.
  • •Operate controls for perforation robot cell and monitor robot/perforator operations.
  • •Complete operations to specifications and ensure all paperwork is completed to company standards.
  • •Perform quality control procedures (roll unwind, perforation inspection, diameter inspection, centering/alignment).
  • •Assemble/stack rolls, obtain packaging materials, complete recordkeeping (printing, labeling, stretch-wrapping), and follow housekeeping and food safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with extrusion experience preferred.
  • •Ability to adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to read and write to complete required forms and verify quality products are produced.
  • •Ability to work independently and use required PPE (safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots, face shield, gloves, face mask).
