Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping
  • •Ensure operational processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • •Monitor and improve daily performance metrics (throughput, productivity, UPH, and service level), taking corrective actions
  • •Develop staffing plans and allocate labor based on forecasted volumes and operational priorities while resolving bottlenecks and backlogs

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree or above
