Job Summary

Own the integrity of the regional orderbook for Japan & South Korea by planning, executing, and safeguarding end-to-end order release. You’ll act as an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and BI (Looker) power user to balance demand and supply signals, resolve discrepancies, and improve OTIF performance through deep-dive root-cause analysis. Partner closely with Commercial, Logistics, APAC Supply Chain, and 3PLs to drive S&OE alignment and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect and evaluate volume forecasts across sales channels and drive allocation strategies to optimize order prioritization and product availability.
•Own the integrity of the regional orderbook and align cross-functional teams through S&OE discussions to manage near-term plans and supply gaps.
•Track and improve operational performance metrics such as OTIF using root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
•Serve as a power user/advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Looker, reviewing and upgrading workflows from order placement to delivery.
•Collaborate with APAC/global orderbook teams, 3PL warehouse partners, and internal functions (Commercial, Account Service, Logistics) to deliver scalable process improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in orderbook management, account management, sales planning, inventory planning, or a similar operations role.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills across a matrix organization with regional and global stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve local order and inventory discrepancies.
•Proven inventory management, allocation planning, process optimization, S&OE leadership, and data analytics experience.
•Deep familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365) and BI tools such as Looker; fluency in English required.
