Key Responsibilities

•Define the strategic AppSec roadmap and design application security frameworks integrated into R&D processes for new product development.
•Support and mentor the operational security team by arbitrating and prioritizing critical tasks while maintaining deep technical expertise.
•Partner with R&D leaders, solution owners, and dev leads to run security architecture reviews and streamline the software development lifecycle.
•Advance security test automation in CI/CD pipelines using intelligent agents and AI to improve detection and remediation.
•Coordinate external and internal penetration testing campaigns, analyze results, and supervise remediation plans; handle escalations for critical customer issues.

•Experience automating security tools and comfort with AI technologies to improve detection and defense processes; offensive security certifications are highly appreciated.
