Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive, design, and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent data management practices in Crafting & Supply.
  • •Identify and drive ownership of Crafting & Supply & Supply Chain data blocks and collaborate with business stakeholders and the Data Excellence team to ensure data quality.
  • •Establish and monitor data quality metrics and controls to maintain data integrity across Crafting & Supply and Supply Chain.
  • •Drive cross-functional Data Forums for Crafting & Supply data domains and drive data governance for strategic programs.
  • •Create, maintain, and manage a centralized data glossary and own glossary updates to ensure consistent definitions of key terms, metrics, and data elements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, master data, or related areas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of data governance concepts, frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • •Strong understanding of data quality management, data ownership, business glossaries, metadata, and governance controls.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
