Responsible for selling and marketing Truist mortgage loan products while following bank policies and procedures. Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals, provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs, and maintain knowledge of mortgage strategies and investor guidelines. •Ensure full compliance with Truist policies and all internal/external rules and regulations, including state and federal law.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products.
•Drive Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as needed.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
