Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute portfolio steering strategy for assigned lines of business, contributing to forward-looking steering agendas.
  • •Conduct comprehensive data analysis of complex financial and portfolio information to provide actionable insights.
  • •Challenge line-of-business heads and partners on portfolio performance and direction, probing KPIs and holding accountability for go-forward plans.
  • •Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and support decision-making aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of portfolio management experience guiding and enhancing portfolio performance to align with organizational objectives.
  • •Property and Casualty insurance experience is required.
  • •Proficiency analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • •Ability to identify and implement business process and organizational capability improvements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Finance and/or actuarial background.
