Job Summary

Own complex customer engagements for AI security, bridging the field, R&D, and product teams to deliver successful pre-sale and post-sale outcomes. Serve as the technical point of contact, integrating Cyera’s AI Sec solutions and troubleshooting complex issues. Translate customer challenges into platform capabilities by collaborating with Product and Engineering, while accelerating sales through escalations management, technical wins, and automation of internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex customer engagement projects across pre-sale and post-sale as the technical point of contact.
•Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s AI Sec solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions for the platform.
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
•Design ad-hoc technical solutions and automation, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D to manage escalations and drive technical wins.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), delivering customer-facing technical solutions and integrations.
•Strong technical problem-solving skills for analyzing complex systems and developing effective solutions.
•Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL) and strong cloud understanding with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Experience handling complex customer requirements and collaborating with R&D and Product teams to resolve customer friction.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
