Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex customer engagement projects across pre-sale and post-sale as the technical point of contact.
  • •Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s AI Sec solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions for the platform.
  • •Troubleshoot complex technical issues with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
  • •Design ad-hoc technical solutions and automation, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D to manage escalations and drive technical wins.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), delivering customer-facing technical solutions and integrations.
  • •Strong technical problem-solving skills for analyzing complex systems and developing effective solutions.
  • •Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL) and strong cloud understanding with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • •Experience handling complex customer requirements and collaborating with R&D and Product teams to resolve customer friction.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
