Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with business stakeholders and healthcare operations leaders to surface ambiguous, high-value problems and translate them into buildable AI opportunities.
  • •Define minimum viable AI solutions and structure ambiguous problems with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria before development.
  • •Build lightweight scoping documents and ROI estimates aligned to stakeholders, then iterate using real user feedback via working demos.
  • •Develop full-stack AI prototypes and applications end-to-end, including LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST API integrations, and lightweight UI for client-facing demos.
  • •Partner with AI Governance to harden prototypes into production-ready systems using responsible AI practices, documentation, and model monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of healthcare industry experience with hands-on health insurance operations (underwriting, claims adjudication, utilization management, product launch) or health system clinical/operational workflows.
  • •Proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) as a development tool, including demonstrated use of the Claude API with prompt engineering and agentic patterns (not just chat).
  • •Full-stack AI engineering capability to build and ship end-to-end AI applications: LLM integration, RAG, agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end demos.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prototype at speed by moving from business conversations to working AI prototypes in days.
  • •Business articulation and stakeholder communication to explain builds, value, costs, and next steps to healthcare executives without jargon.
