Job Summary

Support daily operations of dive centers across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. Lead guided dives safely and professionally according to PADI standards and GALAXEA procedures, and assist with delivering PADI courses. Prepare dive boats, equipment, and guest areas, run guest briefings/debriefings, maintain and inspect diving gear and cylinders, and complete dive logs and operational records. Support dive-center retail and ensure environmental, safety, and service excellence requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Dive Center Manager in daily operations of the assigned dive center.
•Lead guided dives safely and professionally in line with PADI standards and GALAXEA operating procedures.
•Assist with delivering PADI courses, ensuring high-quality instruction and guest support.
•Prepare dive boats, equipment, guest areas, and teaching environments; conduct guest briefings and debriefings.
•Maintain dive equipment/cylinders, complete dive logs and operational reports, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and service standards.

Key Requirements

•Current and renewed PADI Divemaster certification.
•Minimum 250 logged dives across a variety of diving environments.
•Good knowledge of PADI standards, courses, documentation, and operational procedures.
•Experience working in a commercial dive centre or resort environment.
•Strong understanding of dive safety, emergency procedures, and operational risk management.
