Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring proper logging and accurate tracking to resolution.
  • •Assign requests to relevant teams, follow up on progress, and monitor/escalate overdue tickets.
  • •Engage with tenants on-ground for apartment handovers, move-ins, move-outs, and other key tenancy touchpoints.
  • •Coordinate with building management, security teams, and utility providers (including DEWA) to resolve issues and keep requests moving.
  • •Work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, keep tenants updated, identify recurring concerns, and maintain accurate tenant/property information in systems.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
  • •Exposure to handling tenants of a multi-unit portfolio.
  • •Strong customer service and tenant-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong follow-up, organisation, and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • •Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory and comfortable travelling between properties for handovers and inspections as required.
