Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
  • •Abide by assigned shift schedule, patrol event zones, and support free water refill stations.
  • •Operate a two-way radio, listen for calls, and respond immediately to requests, including emergency medical calls.
  • •Assist distressed individuals and provide support as needed during the event.
  • •Memorize key event information and support evacuation procedures and directional guidance at entrance areas.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Customer service-related work experience is preferred.
  • •Experience using radios and the ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to take initiative and successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments while managing deadlines.
  • •Ability to professionally interact with individuals at all levels and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
  • •Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and walk up/down stairs.
