Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee pre- and post-contract QS/Cost & Commercial Management services, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial management on varied projects.
  • •Lead and mentor a QS/commercial team; drive bid writing, winning work, and client engagement; represent WSP UK at industry events as appropriate.
  • •Collaborate within the PMCM team (civil infrastructure and utilities) to deliver building and infrastructure projects for public and private clients.
  • •Demonstrate senior-level management, project leadership, and delivery experience; ensure alignment with professional institutions and quality standards.
