Job Summary

Executive Director - Development leads the full lifecycle of theme park projects from concept to launch, directing cross-functional teams and coordinating with master planners, architects, engineers, and government partners. You’ll manage budgets and timelines, drive design and construction excellence, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and foster innovation, sustainability, and superior guest experiences across multi-disciplinary development programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the successful delivery of theme park projects aligned with Qiddiya’s vision and goals.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases of theme park developments.
•Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•Collaborate with master planners, architects, engineers, and creative teams to develop innovative and immersive theme park concepts.
•Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout all phases of development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale theme park or entertainment development projects.
•Strong understanding of IP management and integration within theme park environments.
•Proven track record of successfully leading complex theme park developments from inception to completion.
•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
