Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the successful delivery of theme park projects aligned with Qiddiya’s vision and goals.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases of theme park developments.
  • •Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • •Collaborate with master planners, architects, engineers, and creative teams to develop innovative and immersive theme park concepts.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout all phases of development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale theme park or entertainment development projects.
  • •Strong understanding of IP management and integration within theme park environments.
  • •Proven track record of successfully leading complex theme park developments from inception to completion.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
