Key Responsibilities

•Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across diversified market segments.
•Collaborate with other teams in cross-selling activities to convert opportunities by demonstrating expertise.
•Engage with clients to understand needs and demonstrate products/services that meet those needs.
•Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
•Maintain organized records and manage cases to support client solutions.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ working experience in broker firms or insurance companies (preferred).
•Solid experience in Employee Benefits is a definite advantage.
•Holder of FLMI, MPF Intermediary, or IIQE are preferred.
•Organized, with a strategic mindset and case management skills.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
