Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop Test Analysts and other quality practitioners through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and practical guidance.
  • •Champion shared ownership of quality across cross-functional teams by helping make evidence-based decisions on coverage, risk, and release readiness.
  • •Define and promote proportionate quality standards and testing practices, ensuring they’re understood and applied consistently.
  • •Develop and maintain risk-based test strategies and plans, assessing change impact and defining suitable test levels, environments, data, tooling, and entry/exit criteria.
  • •Design, execute, and maintain tests as needed (manual and/or automated), investigate defects, and use relevant tools to inspect applications, interfaces, APIs, data, and logs.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of automation and quality assurance testing experience, including leading QA activities for complex products in Agile delivery teams.
  • •Strong expertise in manual and automation testing, including Selenium and Playwright, plus frontend UI and backend/API end-to-end testing.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining risk-based test strategies and plans, including regression, integration, system, exploratory, non-functional, and UAT testing as appropriate.
  • •Hands-on API/integration/data-flow/database testing using tools such as Postman and SQL (or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience, plus a relevant testing qualification such as ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent).
