Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a founder strategy to identify, engage, and assess high-quality healthcare founders for SSRH investment, including due diligence and preparation for the Investment Committee.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with government entities, universities, accelerators, and corporate partners; identify collaboration opportunities for portfolio companies in the Kingdom.
  • •Build SSRH brand through marketing and communications: partner with Platform & Communications teams, lead storytelling across channels, and amplify visibility via media and influencers.
  • •Plan and run ecosystem events, founder salons, investor roundtables, and workshops to support the founder pipeline and community engagement.
  • •Manage the founder platform and experience post-investment by coordinating strategic support services for independent portfolio companies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in VC or a startup environment and preferably in an international context.
  • •Strong ability to assess top-tier talent and conduct founder and concept due diligence with an investment team.
  • •Strong understanding of the KSA startup ecosystem and the ability to build ecosystems in a new market.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
