Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Identify user needs through analytics and user research to fuel ideation and inform product improvements.
•Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate technical effort and business impact for new features.
•Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and help define short- and long-term roadmaps.
•Own features end-to-end: framing the problem, UI/UX design, implementation, testing, and iteration.
•Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma, with attention to IA, micro-interactions and transitions.
•Identify key metrics to improve and drive ownership for achieving success.
•Write clean, performant, and well-tested code on iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or backend (Go, Node.js).
•Assess the technical, user, and business impact of shipped features and uphold best practices in code quality and architecture.
•Contribute to building and improving the design system.
