•Support and monitor team skills, ensuring alignment with best practices, techniques, and innovation.
•Develop sound client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and contribute to bids and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the preliminary, detailed design or construction phases of civil engineering, infrastructure, or transportation projects.

• Chartered status or being expected to gain Chartered status soon, with membership of a professional institution.
•Ability to work flexibly across other AECOM offices as projects dictate to support the wider business.
