Technical Training Developer / Instructor

Develop, deliver, and continually improve technical training solutions for Philips employees and customers, including e-learnings, virtual and in-person sessions, and simulations. Maintain training systems and lab areas to ensure readiness for instruction. Own the learner experience by supporting safe, collaborative learning activities and using strong instructional and communication methods. Lead continuous improvement efforts, tracking KPIs and change adoption metrics to inform leadership.
