Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages, including pricing, schedule, risk allocation, escalation mechanisms, and performance incentives.
  • •Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, and risk objectives.
  • •Manage the full contract lifecycle for high-value, complex agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout.
  • •Drive change management for variation orders, assessing cost impacts and contractual entitlement.

Key Requirements
