  • •Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and expectations.
  • •Review project plans and specifications, including scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
  • •5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably in a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
  • •Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from inception through design, authority approvals, construction completion, and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Advanced Microsoft skills (Primavera skills highly regarded) and excellent English report and bid writing skills.
