Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and system performance issues across airline reservation and related applications.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for application failures/outages and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • •Monitor application health, availability, and operational metrics to meet reliability and uptime targets.
  • •Improve observability using enhanced monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboarding solutions.
  • •Support and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot in production environments and strong troubleshooting/root-cause analysis skills.
  • •Experience with microservices and/or monolithic applications, with strong SQL knowledge for database troubleshooting and performance analysis.
  • •Mandatory experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise production environments; CI/CD and deployment pipeline experience (e.g., Jenkins/GitOps) preferred.
