Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose application-based solutions.
  • •Prepare and submit high-quality quotations in coordination with business development, sales, legal, PMO, and factory teams.
  • •Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, partners, and distributors.
  • •Participate in pre- and post-order technical discussions with sales, PMO, product management, and business stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM information and ensure timely offer submissions while following Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
