Key Responsibilities

•Perform teller functions efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with policies, standards, and security procedures.
•Receive and process deposits, loan payments, transfers, and cash checks/negotiable instruments after verifying endorsements and negotiability.
•Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and meet required proof/error standards.
•Operate the online teller terminal while maintaining privacy of customer information and providing excellent customer service.
•Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, complete required reports/records, and assist with coordination, training, and night drop functions as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred; previous teller experience preferred.
•Good communication skills and professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
•Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment (e.g., adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin/money counting machines, telephone).
