Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with Finance teams to build fluency in monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, rebate accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A across a multi-entity business.
•Design, build, and ship AI agents that automate or accelerate real Finance workflows.
•Build and maintain integrations and automations to keep financial data flowing accurately between NetSuite, spreadsheets, and Jetson's data platform.
•Create dashboards and tools for real-time visibility into margins, cash position, AR/AP aging, and close status.
•Continuously scope work with teams and generalize reusable capabilities into Jetson's shared internal platform.

•Strong engineering fundamentals and good judgment; able to ship useful work and write code others can build on.

•Strong communication skills to clarify needs, explain tradeoffs, and drive work to adoption with accounting, FP&A, and leadership.
•A fast learner excited by Finance workflows and systems; able to handle sensitive data with care.
•AI-native building mindset; experience with agentic and LLM-powered features and understanding of latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and failure modes.
