Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, organize, and track user feedback; identify issue types, impact scope, and priority, and drive stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • •Coordinate and track product-related issues with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and other teams until closure.
  • •Support day-to-day product operations including feedback management, requirement organization, issue tracking, and process optimization.
  • •Perform basic data processing such as cleaning, organization, reporting, and basic analysis to inform product improvements.
  • •Assist with basic web-side product tasks including pop-up configuration, minor UI adjustments, and maintenance of certain pages.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student with strong interest in internet products, product operations, or user experience (previous internship experience is a plus).
  • •Have a problem-solving mindset with strong execution and proactive communication to push issues forward.
  • •Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Compliance) with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • •Have basic data handling and analytical skills, with familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
  • •Bilingual English/Mandarin is required, and you must be available to work 3-5 days per week for at least 6 months.
