Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across R&D and G&A to develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • •Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and community sourcing channels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58 - 72 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment, with success across both software and hardware/AI roles; experience at an early-stage or high-growth hardware or AI company is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware and AI-adjacent technical roles (e.g., silicon/chip design, embedded systems, ML infrastructure) beyond traditional software engineering.
  • •Proven ability to build high-quality pipelines and engage hard-to-reach passive candidates, supporting closures of top-tier technical talent.
  • •Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM.
  • •Strong communication and candidate management skills, comfortable using data to assess pipeline health and refine sourcing approaches.
