Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Shipped In Full On Time (SIFOT) reports and analyze root causes for missed targets.
  • •Research and compile open order status, expected ship dates, and expedite information for stakeholder reporting.
  • •Coordinate with internal suppliers and colleagues to resolve order inquiries, expedites, and issues, including entering ACIGN tickets.
  • •Expedite customer orders at request and wherever possible.
  • •Participate in customer collaboration meetings and comply with quality, environmental, health & safety, recycling, and sustainability policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree completed in logistics or a related area.
  • •At least three years of experience performing analytical tasks in a supply chain environment.
  • •Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel) and Outlook.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Bilingual English/Spanish and strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and organization.
