Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive all aspects of the retail business across the district, including customer service, clienteling, sales, team development, and operations.
•Create and reinforce a proactive selling culture focused on building long-term customer relationships through clienteling and customer experience.
•Develop store teams through training, coaching, role-modeling, and personal customer involvement; delegate key responsibilities to coach store leaders.
•Review store environments and business indicators with regional leadership to identify opportunities and coach district/store managers to achieve goals.
•Develop and execute district strategies (sales, clienteling, retention, talent acquisition) and provide inputs on customer/competitor trends and planning with cross-functional partners.
