Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and revise Portuguese and English commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation, and similar legal documents.
  • •Support commercial teams in negotiating deals and related documents.
  • •Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritize and manage legal matters.
