Job Summary

Lead CEO and product/industry communications for Autodesk, shaping the executive narrative and translating platform innovation (including Physical AI) into clear stories for external audiences. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, message development, and content creation.
•Shape and evolve the CEO narrative platform, including positioning around Physical AI and Autodesk’s platform strategy.
•Lead development of executive communications including keynotes, speeches, earnings support, media engagements, Board materials, and thought leadership.
•Own communications strategy for Autodesk industry groups, translating product capabilities, platform innovation, and AI advancements into compelling external narratives.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team (10 people) and coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing, executive leadership) to ensure message alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 341,220 annually

•12+ years of experience in communications, including enterprise technology or B2B software.
•Demonstrated experience supporting CEO or senior executive communications at a public company.
•Experience influencing investors, analysts, Board members, and other senior external stakeholders.
•Proven track record in product or platform communications, translating complex technology into market narratives.
•Experience leading and developing teams.
