Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the Interviews and Interview Assessment product roadmap across CAS Shield and Apply, aligned to company strategy.
  • •Define the interviewing model including asynchronous/live formats, question design, banks, scoring rubrics, reviewer workflows, and assessment outputs.
  • •Own integrity and proctoring capabilities such as identity verification, fraud/impersonation signals, AI-assisted detection, and balancing assurance with humane experiences.
  • •Lead the mobile-first applicant experience (video capture, low-bandwidth resilience, accessibility, and drop-off reduction).
  • •Conduct product discovery across the full interview lifecycle and work day-to-day with a dedicated squad to deliver, measure, and iterate.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
  • •Hands-on product experience in at least one: asynchronous or video interviewing, remote proctoring, online assessment, identity verification, or another integrity-critical area.
  • •Experience delivering mobile or mobile-web products, including constraints like device fragmentation, media capture, bandwidth, permissions, and accessibility.
  • •Strong execution across product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.
  • •Comfort leading a squad and driving cross-functional collaboration, with decisions that are fair, explainable, and auditable.
