Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend duty on time in correct uniform and be well groomed; complete the daily briefing.
  • •Follow key control policy and support linen and supply operations for floor pantries, including stocking shelves and providing cleaning products and equipment to room attendants.
  • •Collect and dispose of garbage, recycling, linen, and other items; remove soil linen and deliver to assigned areas by specified times.
  • •Clean guest corridors and guest-area touchpoints (e.g., garden borders, empty ashtrays, mirrors, railings) while maintaining areas clean and safe.
  • •Assist with extra beds and cribs, prompt reporting of lost and found, and report maintenance defects and safety hazards to the housekeeping office.
