Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage planning applications, coordinating technical and environmental inputs and liaising with key stakeholders.
  • •Undertake due diligence, site reviews and pre-application discussions for major proposals to achieve deliverable outcomes.
  • •Provide technical planning advice to ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and current legislation, policy and case law.
  • •Lead and support commercially competitive tender proposals and bids.
  • •Collaborate with integrated multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality planning outcomes across the Island of Ireland.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading planning consents for major infrastructure projects (energy, transport or rail).
  • •Excellent knowledge and application of current planning legislation.
  • •Full current driving license and access to transport.
  • •Corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute, Chartered Member of the RTPI or equivalent.
  • •Ability to prioritise workload, work flexibly, and lead multi-disciplinary teams; strong report writing and presentation skills.
