Key Responsibilities

  • •Own payroll operations for France and Europe (monthly) and the US (twice-monthly), working with external providers and EOR/employment providers
  • •Maintain French statutory obligations and the HR compliance calendar, including DUERP and CSE administration, and translate employment law changes into actions
  • •Manage contracts and People documentation: templates, service levels for requests, and building People playbooks for employees and managers
  • •Run employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, promotions/changes, parental leave, and immigration/visa administration
  • •Own HRIS/data reliability and automate repetitive workflows to improve speed, reliability, and employee self-service while supporting HR system evolution

Key Requirements

  • •Own a meaningful People Operations scope in a fast-moving company of 100+ employees
  • •Hands-on experience with French payroll and employment compliance
  • •Experience owning People Operations processes, workflows, and controls
  • •HRIS experience configuring and improving a comparable system (Hibob is a plus)
  • •Fluent French and English and the ability to work from the Paris office at least three days per week
