Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the project management team for Amps, supporting each team member's growth and ensuring they have the time and focus to do their best work
•Own the development and implementation of project management processes, tools, and ways of working across the Amps organisation
•Drive product decision meetings and manage project reporting and escalations to senior leadership
•Plan and align project budgets and expenditure in close collaboration with other teams
•Develop efficient ways of working with key suppliers and across the business to shorten time to market

Key Requirements

•Five or more years of project management experience, ideally within a product development environment spanning both hardware and software.
•Proven experience leading a project management function, PMO, or team of project managers, including managerial responsibility for resource allocation and budget.
•A track record of introducing or scaling project management processes and tools within an organisation, with demonstrated ability to drive adoption.
•Experience working with agile development methodologies and leading change in a cross-functional setting.
•A degree in an engineering discipline, with a Master's level qualification being a strong advantage
