Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of client and account management for the top ten corporate clients, focused on retention and VIP service.
  • •Lead annual enrollment execution and immediate handling of client ad hoc requests with deep product knowledge.
  • •Train and mentor client-facing account management personnel; build and lead a four-person team to deliver enrollment and administrative services.
  • •Serve as trusted advisor on the specific benefits the clients enroll for, including individual disability and life with long-term care.
  • •Establish and leverage relationships with insurance carrier partners and co-brokers/internal Aon and NFP teams to advocate for clients and deliver solutions quickly.
