Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before startup, and oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
  • •Maintain machinery performance and ensure all workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety through daily actions and monthly safety meetings; perform human relations duties including training, retention, and counseling.
