Personal Banker - North Ash Sharqiyah

Drive sales and customer servicing for retail banking products within the branch, serving as the first point of contact for customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank and third-party offerings, meet sales targets, and convert enquiries into sales and retention. Handle account opening and maintenance in line with credit policy procedures, cross-sell e-banking, credit cards, investment schemes, and takaful. Support recovery efforts for NPA customers through skip tracing, restructuring, and follow-ups.
