Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions from diligence through post-close into steady-state operations
  • •Own and run the Integration Management Office (IMO) as the primary point of contact for executives and acquired-company leaders
  • •Build and maintain the master integration plan by tracking dependencies, escalating blockers, and driving timely decisions
  • •Identify, track, and capture synergies and value-creation opportunities across major functional areas
  • •Support broader M&A strategy efforts, including thesis generation, target sourcing/outreach, and pre-signing transaction execution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 188,000 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or program/portfolio management, including leading integration for at least one significant acquisition
  • •Ability to run a structured, cross-functional program with clear ownership of timeline, risk, and reporting
  • •Skilled communicator who can translate status, risk, and complexity into clear, concise updates for executive and steering committee audiences
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with judgment to make progress despite incomplete information
