Job Summary

Senior UAV Operator supporting flight test execution, integration, and data analysis for next-generation UAVs and ISR systems. Reports to the Chief UAV Test Pilot and contributes to planning, execution, troubleshooting, and validation of UAV platforms (fixed-wing, VTOL, Drone-in-a-Box) while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Flight Test Execution: Plan and execute UAV test flights in accordance with test protocols and safety procedures.
•Technical & Integration Support: Participate in integration activities including sensors, communication systems, avionics modules, and mission-specific payloads; perform wiring checks and hardware installation.
•Test Planning and Data Analysis: Contribute to test plan preparation, record and analyze test data, and support engineering with feedback and performance insights.
•Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety standards, aviation regulations, and risk assessments during testing.
•Collaboration and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the Chief UAV Test Pilot and multidisciplinary teams; document test logs and generate detailed test reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of aviation/UAV experience; UAV experience
•Hands-on UAV experience is strongly preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required
•Strong technical background with hands-on experience in robotics, electronics, avionics, or hardware integration
•Demonstrated ability to perform technical troubleshooting, hardware setup, wiring verification, and system-level diagnostics
